I rented an apartment for 6 people. It was not Suitable even for 3 people! It was a high ceiling studio with a small room constructed at the end of the area with metal stairs and wood floorng that is so noisy whenever you walk on it! Too small for "six-occupants apartment" No privacy what so ever! Very bad location - Not easy to reach and no attractions around it. Only wired internet available. Right on a busy street. No reception - you have to call prior to arrival to arrange for check in.

Dario who greated us was very friendly and very helpful, the apartment was basic but clean and functional, with the essentials provided (milk, coffee, bread, jam, etc). Easy access on tram bus and passante.

The place was near tram-, bus- and metro routes. Apartment was very clean and quiet. It was perfect for a group. The staff talked and smiled very friendly.

The City Residence is near Milano's public transportation system - rail and tram. Access to the rest of the city is very easy. The accomodations were roomy and an initial supply of breakfast items was provided.

The check - in process is problematic. There is no "front dask" at what is essentially an apartment building. When arriving, there is no entry to the locked premises. You are given a phone number to call; fortunately we had a cell phone. If you don't, you'll have a serious problem. Even when I called the number, the person answering spoke little English and referred me to another phone number, where I got an answering machine. Fortunately they responded fairly quickly and came to provide access.

it was a good place, neatly organized and right next to the metro and subway station. parking was also available and free. apartment itself was nice, clean and comfortable. i recommend it.

The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything. They left us a lot of very tasty food for breakfast. The location is not central, but it is very good connected with the centre by tram (20 min to duomo) and rail (10 min to Porta Venecia)

The location is great: very easy to get to the centrum. Also easy way to get lake Como by train (no need to go to the central station, train leaves from p.ta garibaldi and a ticket cost 4,5€ per adult oneway). Supermarket is near, good pizzeria is also near. We stayed with 3 kids (under school age) for 4 nights and they also liked apartment (our was Diamante). Worth of money!

The street was noisy, first night was awfull, but last 3 were ok. Public traffic stops till 24.00, then was quiet. You could also hear the neightbours noises very clearly.
